Wake Policy
 

A GUARANTEED GUEST COUNT is required 18 hours in prior to the event.  You will be billed for this amount.  This final guest count cannot be reduced, but it can be increased.  But, if you have more guests than your GUARANTEED GUEST COUNT, there might be a shortage of food of employees.  We only prepare enough food & schedule enough employees for your GUARANTEED COUNT.  Please discuss this policy with us, if you are uncertain as to your GUARANTEED GUEST COUNT.

 

DEPOSIT of Half (non-refundable) is required at the signing of the contract.

 

FINAL BALANCE must be paid during the event.  It should be cash or certified check, however, we will accept a personal check under certain circumstances.

 

GRATUITIES: Gratuity is optional, restaurant style, 15% is customary.

 

TAKE-HOME food is not allowed.  Left over food must not leave the premises due to insurance policy rules.  You have paid for us to serve the GUARANTEED GUEST COUNT on the premises, not the food itself to be eaten elsewhere.

 

SMOKING allowed in the lobby only, not allowed (by Maryland law) in the dining room. 

 

Standard NAPKIN colors are available.  A color which is not in our inventory requires a special rental fee.  Please check your color with us!
