Del Capri Catering Policies
♥ Final Balance
must be paid 10 days prior to the event. Final
balance may be paid by check or credit card, unless payment is less
than 10 days prior, then it must be cash or certified check.

♥ Gratuities:
Gratuity is optional, restaurant style, 15% is customary.
It can be added to your final balance at the Detail Meeting, or paid after the
event, if you feel that the service was to your satisfaction.

Take-Home food is not
allowed. Left-over food must not leave the premises due to insurance
policy rules.
|
|
♥
Charges for catering depend
on the room chosen, guest count, menu, and the day.
|
|
♥ Smoking:
allowed in the Lobby only, not allowed
(by Maryland Law) in the
dining room.
|
|
♥
Deposit
of $500.00 weddings,
(Non-Refundable) is required at the signing of the contract.
|
|
♥
All prices are subject
to 5% Maryland sales
Tax.
There is no
hall rental, no cake cutting charge, no clean up fees. Our plan is to have no
surprise charges.

|
♥
Day
events
must end by 6:00 p.m.
Evening
parties
begin at 7:00 p.m. or later, depending on the prior event that day. Ask if
you have a special circumstance.

|
♥ Chapel
may be rented for a fee,
including a rehearsal evening, based on availability. Bride may arrive at
the Del Capri 1/2 hour prior to the ceremony. Local clergy are available for
your ceremony.

♥
Please call us to schedule your
"Detail
Meeting"
one week prior to your event. The agenda includes the payment of any balance
due, a guarantee of your guests attending, a review of your Place Cards,
Program, Menu, and Room Colors.

Guest counts below 75 guests require a
Bartender
Fee.

♥
The following are
1/2 price: Children ages 3-10; DJ,
Photographer, Limousine Driver, Video Person
(NOT SEATED);
Children under 3 years old - No Charge.

Standard
NAPKIN
colors are available. A color which is
not in our inventory requires a special rental fee. Please check your color
with us!

Decorating:
you may decorate the room 1/2 hour prior to the contracted time.
